Job Description :
The Reconciliations Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding performance in the execution of daily activities associated with the following responsibilities
Accurate and timely Account and Vendor Reconciliations
Timely Vendor Payments
Management of VPG Controls review.The RPC team provides an overview to the overall performance of the VPG team.
Consider Controls amp Financial Statement Integrity above all other prioritiesTo produce regular and accurate performance and operational reports and feedback key performance indicators to managers and teamTo attend and contribute to regular team meetings To initiate maintain and promote communication with RPC Analyst in order to ensure a smooth running operationEnsure that VPG RPC team is a high performing team and performing required functions.To escalate operational issues in a timely manner to VIM Analyst/ TL
Must be fluent in Norwegian and German
Experience of SAP R3
Ability to analyse data and execute Vendor Reconciliations
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven Team Player can do attitude.
High customer service skills
