Your duties include Sales order processing Inputting sales and purchase invoices Dealing with debtors and creditors Bank Reconciliations Preparing management accounts information The role will involve working as part of a small team and working alongside the office manager in processing sales invoices payroll bank reconciliations and dealing with the debtors and creditors. Hours are 8.30 5.00 Monday to Thursday 8.30 3.30 on Friday. The client is seeking an individual who is outgoing possesses excellent inter personal skills and who has an excellent telephone manner.
