Job Title Temporary Finance Officer
Due to a seasonal increase in workload in the accounts team our client has decided to take on a temporary Finance Officer to assist them until late September or early October. They are involved in events across the summer so the role is not intended to become permanent.
As the Finance Office reporting to Assistant Accountant your duties will include
i Coding and posting invoices to Sage Line 50 ensuring they are coded to the correct budgets
ii Raising sales ledger invoices to different companies within the group
iii Processing incoming payments cash allocations and reconciling
iv Ad hoc duties
You need to be happy committing to the role for the full term of the assignment. You will have a high level of accuracy and have bags of commonsense. High volume purchase ledger processing experience is essential as this will comprise the bulk of the role. All applicants must also have previous experience using Sage Line 50. A busy but friendly department the Assistant Accountant maybe on site at events so you need to be confident and self motivated.
