Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Issues invoices to customers
Perform credit review and collection AR ageing analysis and bad debt analysis
Handle intercompany transactions and activities
Maintain fixed assets records
Prepare monthly journals
Prepare monthly reconciliations
Prepare monthly reports and statements to management and customers
Conduct ad hoc reports and assignments
Work closely with Shared Services Centres in Australia Shanghai and Manila
Person Specification
Qualifications Qualified Accountant Over seven years solid experience in Accounting field preferably in MNC Accurate efficient and well organized Mature stable responsible and independent Customer focused Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline Proficient in MS Excel experience in BPCS is preferred Good command of spoken and written English Immediate availability is preferredIf you are interested in applying for this role you must be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years experience of working as an accountant.
