Job Description
Manage accounts serving customers transaction and maintain customer relationships
Liaising with agents and corporate partners to produce accurate accounts
Dealing with Far East VIP customer queries
Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly end/year end customer accounts reports
Preparing and generating weekly statements for customers
Resolving client complaints in accordance to company complaints procedure
Working with the management in the sustainable development of the company Controlling the level of client debts
Various cost control analysis
Monitoring fraud activity with a view to prevention
Liaising with other departments to ensure effective and efficient running of the company Setting up the payment solutions for the retail site
Other Adhoc duties as and when required by the management
Person Specification
Must have at least 2 years experience in an accounts related role
MUST speak either Mandarin fluently and Cantonese on an intermediate level
Possess a degree qualification in management/accounting
Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work on own initiative
Intermediate/advance Microsoft excel
It is desirable that the post holder
ACA CIMA or ACCA qualified/ Part
