Job Description :
This is a new and exciting permanent part time opportunity for a bright customer focused person to join this rapidly expanding business.
Joining a small team of 3 in modern open plan offices in Watford you will be part of a large Dutch based company employing 450 in total.
Supporting the PA to the MD and the Accounts Administrator
Duties and responsibilities
To receive and process all customers orders
Processing order confirmations
Processing sales and purchase invoices
Some credit control
Dealing with customers and suppliers queries
Filing
Daily post
Skills and attributes required
AAT studier/relevant experience
Previous experience dealing with sales and purchase invoices
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good people skills customer focused
Self motivated and reliable
Confident and polite
Calm and tactful
Positive and proactive team player
Willing to work closely within a small friendly team
Good word and intermediate excel skills
Professional telephone manner
Good written and spoken English
Good MS Office skills and intermediate Excel

22.5 hours ideally spread over 5 days this is flexible
