My client is a manufacturing company operating in the Birmingham area.
Job Description
As a parttime accounts assistant you will be responsible for the weekly wages of around 40 employees as well as purchase and sales ledger duties. The role is a permanent one however the client may decide to take someone on a months trial initially to see how things go. The hours will be 1620 hours/week Monday Wednesday.
Person Specification
You have relevant experienceacross both sales and purchase ledgers and have processed wages previously. My client expects the candidate to hit the ground running so you should be able to work effectively on your own initiative. You should haveexperience using a computerised accounts packagepossess good excel skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Office packages.
