Reed Accountancy is working with an established local business to help strengthen their finance team with the recruitment of a well skilled Purchase Ledger Assistant.
This varied role will include purchase ledger duties like coding and matching invoices in sterling and multi currency obtaining approval and then posting invoices to the SAGE accounting system liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries reconciliation of supplier statements as well as offering assistance to other members of the finance team as required.
There will also be some additional responsibility for the companys credit card administration which will see you managing a credit card portfolio checking processing and coding submitted claim forms chasing late submissions preparing monthly settlements for all cards and liasing with card holders to resolve queries.
This varied role will suit someone methodical organised enthusiastic with excellent communication skills Sage Line 50 experience would be desirable Microsoft Office is required Outlook/ Word/ Excel.
