Our Client a house hold name based in the heart of Hertfordshire currently has the opportunity for an Accounts Payable clerk. This is a great opportunity to join an already well established organisation that is at present going through a period of expansion.
The chosen individual will be well versed in the duties that are required of an Accounts Payable clerk.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase ledger invoices
Reconciling supplier statements
Processing all manual cheques and BACS payments
Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
Maintaining the general ledger
Credit Control cover
Adhoc administration duties
In addition to the above you must be able to demonstrate good IT skills and have the ability to perform well under pressure. In return are client offers a friendly and professional working environment with the possibility that the role may become permanent.
