Part Time Finance Officer

We are urgently recruiting for a Part Time Finance Officer for an immediate start. Our client is a national business services organisation who are currently going through a period of expansion.

The roles is based in central Liverpool working MonFri 9.30am 2pm.
A fixed term contract for a 10 month period.
You will join a friendly and supportive team with full training provided.

Responsibilities include
Process cheques and BACS payments
To carry out petty cash voucher and travelcard transactions
To carry out weekly and monthly reconciliation of all petty cash travel card and voucher spend
Responsible for weekly reconciliation of cheques and keep a track of purchase orders issued
To audit and review reconciliations prepared by satellite sites and ensure processes are being followed

Ideally you will have/be
Experience of working with a transactional finance role
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Good excel skills
Can work as part of a team
