An exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant in a dynamic fast moving media company based in the West End. They are looking for somebody immediately to join their lively and busy team and start contributing straight away
Job Description
The role is for a finance assistant and will involve
- Imputing and coding invoices into Sage Line 50/ Sage Job Costing
- Dealing with purchase orders
- Account Reconciliations
- Fortnightly payment runs
- Working on the purchase ledger towards month end
- Petty cash recording and reconciliation
- Monthly analysis and recording of credit card and staff expenses
- Dealing with overseas payment runs
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will preferablybe
Recently graduatedin a media or financed based subject Previous experience of working in a media company Knowledge of Sage and Excel Be a bright confident and outgoing person who can communicate with people at all levels in the business Have close attention to detail Looking to work towards a career in accounts. Available to start working immediately
